Christopher B. Valentine, MD, is a board-certified Family Medicine physician with over 12 years of experience, working in both hospital and private practice settings.

He has served as the Medical Staff President at both Pioneer Valley Hospital and Jordan Valley Medical Center. Dr. Valentine also currently serves as the Medical Director for Heartwood Home Health and Hospice, and as Medical Director for Health Choice Utah.

Dr. Valentine takes pleasure in spending time with his wife and four children. His areas of special interest include the visual arts and computers. He also enjoys running, bicycling and snowboarding.
